Products may be fulfilled directly by Grimsby Studios or through an identified third-party fulfillment provider.

Product availability, designs, editions, pricing, specifications, release dates, and other details may change.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe products. However, colors, dimensions, packaging, appearance, and other characteristics may vary slightly because of manufacturing processes, printing variations, display settings, or other reasonable factors.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that Grimsby Studios has accepted the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

• Product unavailability;
• Pricing or listing errors;
• Payment problems;
• Suspected fraud;
• Unauthorized transactions;
• Website or technical errors;
• Quantity or inventory limitations; or
• Other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will provide an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout based on the transaction and applicable requirements.

Grimsby Studios reserves the right to change product prices at any time. A price change will not ordinarily alter the price of an order that has already been accepted, except where correction is necessary because of an obvious error or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Grimsby Studios accepts supported credit and debit card payments through WooPayments, which uses Stripe payment-processing infrastructure.

Customers may also be able to pay using PayPal.

Payment information may therefore be processed by WooPayments, Stripe, PayPal, and their applicable service providers.

Use of these payment services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Certain physical products, including applicable books and signed art prints, are fulfilled directly by Grimsby Studios.

Grimsby Studios currently ships directly fulfilled products within the United States.

In-stock products fulfilled directly by Grimsby Studios are generally processed within approximately 3–5 business days, unless otherwise indicated.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Certain branded merchandise, including applicable clothing, stickers, mugs, and other products, may be produced and fulfilled through Fourthwall or its fulfillment network.

Third-party-fulfilled products may be subject to separate production, fulfillment, shipping, return, replacement, and customer-service procedures.

Applicable Fourthwall terms and policies may therefore apply to Fourthwall-fulfilled merchandise.

Grimsby Studios does not control every aspect of an independent third-party provider’s production, carrier operations, or fulfillment services.

Grimsby Studios may offer physical or digital products for preorder before their official release dates.

Estimated release, processing, and delivery dates are provided in good faith but may change because of production, publishing, manufacturing, distribution, technical, or other circumstances.

Physical Preorders

Physical preorders may be canceled for a full refund before release, provided the order has not entered processing or fulfillment.

Once fulfillment or processing has begun, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Digital Preorders

Digital preorders may be canceled for a full refund before the digital product has been released or made available for download.

Once the digital product has been released and made available to the customer, the rules applicable to digital purchases apply.

Grimsby Studios may sell downloadable digital products including audiobooks, original soundtrack albums, and other digital media.

Digital products may become available immediately following successful checkout or, for preorders, upon the applicable release.

Purchased digital products may also be made available through the Downloads section of the customer’s Grimsby Studios account.

Purchase of a digital product gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use that product for your own personal use.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying work or intellectual property to you.

Unless Grimsby Studios expressly authorizes otherwise in writing, you may not:

• Resell or redistribute a digital product;
• Upload or distribute the files to file-sharing services or other websites;
• Share copies with other people;
• Sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the files;
• Reproduce or distribute the files for commercial purposes;
• Use the files in advertising, commercial productions, products, or services;
• Create unauthorized commercial derivative works from the files; or
• Circumvent technological measures intended to protect or control access to the files.

All rights not expressly granted to the purchaser remain reserved.

Refunds, returns, replacements, damaged-product claims, digital-product issues, cancellations, and related matters are governed by the Grimsby Studios Refund & Returns Policy.

Different rules may apply depending on whether a product is:

• Fulfilled directly by Grimsby Studios;
• Delivered digitally; or
• Produced or fulfilled through Fourthwall or another third party.

Customers should review the Refund & Returns Policy before making a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and applicable Grimsby Studios content are owned by or licensed to Grimsby Studios and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

• Stories and fictional worlds;
• Characters;
• Illustrations and artwork;
• Signed art prints and their underlying designs;
• Audiobooks;
• Music and original soundtrack material;
• Photography;
• Logos;

• The Alistor Grimsby name and associated creative branding;
• Product designs;
• Website copy;
• Graphics;
• Audio and video material; and
• Other original creative content.

Except as expressly permitted by Grimsby Studios or applicable law, Website content and Grimsby Studios intellectual property may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, commercially exploited, or used to create unauthorized commercial derivative works.

Purchasing a physical or digital Grimsby Studios product does not transfer ownership of the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights embodied in that product.
