This Shipping Policy explains how physical products purchased through or in connection with GrimsbyStudios.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Different shipping and fulfillment procedures may apply depending on whether your product is fulfilled directly by Grimsby Studios or by our third-party merchandise fulfillment provider, Fourthwall.

Products fulfilled directly by Grimsby Studios are currently shipped within the United States only.

Grimsby Studios does not currently offer international shipping for products we fulfill directly.

Shipping availability for merchandise fulfilled by Fourthwall may be determined separately by Fourthwall and the options presented for the applicable product or order.

Grimsby Studios directly fulfills applicable products including:

• Hardcover books;
• Paperback books;
• Signed books; and
• Signed art prints.

Unless otherwise indicated on the applicable product page, these products are shipped directly by Grimsby Studios from the United States.

In-stock products fulfilled directly by Grimsby Studios are generally processed within approximately 3–5 business days after successful payment.

Business days generally exclude weekends and applicable U.S. holidays.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare an order for shipment. It does not include the time the shipping carrier requires to transport and deliver the package.

Processing may take longer during:

• New book releases;
• Preorder fulfillment periods;
• Holidays;
• Promotional events;
• Unusually high order volumes;
• Severe weather;
• Unexpected inventory issues; or
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a product has a different expected processing period, we may provide that information on the applicable product page or during checkout.

Grimsby Studios currently uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) as its primary shipping carrier for products we fulfill directly.

Grimsby Studios reserves the right to use another appropriate shipping provider when reasonably necessary.

Available shipping services and charges may be displayed during checkout.

Applicable shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout before an order is completed.

Shipping costs may vary depending on factors such as:

• Products ordered;
• Package size and weight;
• Delivery destination; and
• Available shipping service.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable shipping charge before completing an order.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Any processing, shipping, or delivery dates provided by Grimsby Studios are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Grimsby Studios cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier.

Carrier delays may occur because of weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, operational issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When tracking information is available for a Grimsby Studios-fulfilled order, it may be provided through an order confirmation, shipping notification, customer account, or other applicable communication.

Please allow reasonable time for tracking information to become active after a shipping label has been created.

A shipping label being created does not necessarily mean the carrier has already received or scanned the package.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

Please include your order number and the corrected shipping information.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. However, address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Grimsby Studios is not responsible for delivery problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If you believe a Grimsby Studios-fulfilled package has been lost or is experiencing an unusual delay, please contact us here.

Include your order number and any relevant delivery or tracking information.

Claims involving lost, missing, or significantly delayed packages are reviewed individually.

Grimsby Studios may review:

• USPS or other carrier tracking information;
• Available delivery records;
• Information provided by the customer; and
• Other relevant circumstances.

Depending on the circumstances, Grimsby Studios may initiate or request a carrier inquiry and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.

A report of a lost, missing, or delayed package does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

If carrier tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

• Check the delivery location and surrounding area;
• Check with other members of your household where appropriate;
• Check with neighbors, building management, reception areas, or other applicable delivery locations; and
• Allow a reasonable period in case the carrier’s delivery scan occurred before final delivery.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us here with your order number and relevant tracking information.

These situations are reviewed individually, and Grimsby Studios will determine an appropriate response based on the available information and circumstances.

If a book or signed art print fulfilled directly by Grimsby Studios arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number;
• A description of the problem; and
• Clear photographs showing the damaged or incorrect product.

Eligible claims may qualify for a replacement or refund in accordance with the Grimsby Studios Refund & Returns Policy.

Please do not automatically mail an item back to Grimsby Studios. We will review the photographs and circumstances first and let you know whether a physical return is required.

Physical products offered for preorder will ship after the applicable product becomes available and fulfillment begins.

Estimated release and shipping dates for preorder products are provided in good faith but may change because of printing, production, publishing, manufacturing, transportation, or other circumstances.

If a preorder release or fulfillment schedule changes materially, Grimsby Studios may provide updated information where appropriate.

Physical preorders may be canceled for a full refund before release, provided the order has not already entered processing or fulfillment, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Orders containing multiple products may sometimes be shipped separately.

This may occur when products:

• Become available at different times;
• Include preorder and in-stock products;
• Require different packaging; or
• Are fulfilled through different providers.

Receiving one part of an order does not necessarily mean the remaining items have been canceled.

Certain Grimsby Studios branded merchandise—including applicable clothing, stickers, mugs, and other merchandise—is produced and fulfilled through Fourthwall or its fulfillment partners.

Fourthwall-fulfilled products are not packed and shipped directly by Grimsby Studios.

Production times, shipping methods, carriers, shipping charges, delivery availability, tracking, and delivery estimates for these products are determined by the options and procedures applicable to the Fourthwall order.

Fourthwall’s applicable shipping, fulfillment, support, return, and refund policies may apply to these products.

Because Fourthwall operates its own fulfillment network, shipping terms for Fourthwall merchandise may differ from the 3–5 business-day Grimsby Studios processing period described elsewhere in this policy.

Audiobooks, original soundtrack albums, and other downloadable digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped by mail.

Digital products are generally made available following successful checkout and may remain accessible through the Downloads section of the customer’s Grimsby Studios account.

Digital preorder products become available according to the applicable release information.

Grimsby Studios may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in carriers, fulfillment providers, shipping practices, products, or business operations.

When this policy is updated, the Last Updated date at the top of the page will be revised.
